Metastatic mucous-producing adenocarcinoma of the gingiva



CE Barr, H Dym, and LA Weingarten

An unusual metastasis of adenocarcinoma of the lung to the gingival mucosa in a 75-year-old man is reported. The case presents an interesting differential clinical assessment as the gingival lesions seem to be of local nature and involve a combined endodontic-periodontic causation.
