Fatal anaphylactic reaction to oral penicillin: report of case

A report of a fatal anaphylactic reaction to oral penicillin is presented and the unusual set of circumstances leading to its fatal outcome is reviewed. The initial signs and symptoms are analyzed and the use of the proper and immediate treatment is advised.
