Esthetic treatment of an avulsed maxillary central incisor: report of case

An 11-year-old patient was treated for functional and esthetic dental problems. A multidisciplinary approach was chosen that combined replantation, habit control, orthodontics, and restoration of fractured and nonvital anterior teeth with porcelain veneers.
