Intrabony lymphoma can mimic periradicular inflammatory diseaseof pulpal origin. Mismanagement of such cases can result ifthe clinician presumes the condition is inflammatory and failsto submit a tissue specimen for evaluation. This article reviewsthe features of jaw lymphoma and documents the importance ofearly diagnosis and histopathologic examination.
