squf In the map identifying states that grant license recognition ("Should Dentistry Adopt a Single, National Examination for Dental Practice Licensure?" August JADA), Illinois was misidentified. The state of Illinois does grant licenses to dentists who are licensed in other jurisdictions without further theoretical or clinical examination. The Journal regrets this error.

squf The names of the co-authors were mistakenly omitted from "Hepatitis B Vaccination and Infection Among U.S. Dentists, 1983-1992" (September JADA) The authors of that article were Jennifer L.
