" Table 1 in a "Review of Dental HMO Expenses: Where Do the Dental Premium Dollars Really Go? (January JADA) was incorrectly attributed. The data in that table were based on information from the Health Care Financing Administration. JADA regrets the error.

" The authors of the two-part article "The Edentulous Predicament (January JADA) wish to acknowledge the source of support for their study. The research presented in the study was supported by an Ontario Ministry of Health grant and by a staff support grant from Nobelpharma Canada, which enabled the authors to extend the duration of their longitudinal study. In addition, one of Dr. George Zarb's degrees was omitted. He holds an F.R.C.D.(C).
