The authors present a case of a mandibular neurilemmoma discoveredon routine radiographic examination of an asymptomatic youngwoman. The lesion was surgically removed and there was no radiographicevidence of recurrence. A review of the literature is presentedand the differential diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of thisbenign neurogenic tumor are discussed.
