New Jersey dentists' opinions on women as associates

This survey sampled a small population in a small area. Results showed that, with minor exception, sex of an individual had no bearing on employement possibilities. Perhaps the unreturned 139 questionnaires would have been negative, but this cannot be assumed. I hope this study will stimulate similar efforts in other geographical areas.
