Dr. Arthur I. Hazlewood, New York City, received the 2001 Dr. Lawrence J. Chasko Distinguished Service Award from the American Association of Hospital Dentists.
Dr. Dennis J. Wells, Brentwood, Tenn., received the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistrys 2001 Presidential Award for Outstanding Contribution to the AACD. Dr. Jeffrey Morley, San Francisco, received the 2001 AACD Award for Outstanding Contribution to Cosmetic Dentistry, and Dr. William M. Dorfman, Los Angeles, received the 2001 AACD Award for Outstanding Contribution to Life.
