Schallhorn, Aurora, Colo., Presidential Award; and Dr. Morton Amsterdam, Bala Cynwyd, Pa., Master Clinician Award. Dr. Stephen K. Harrel, Dallas, and Dr. Everett B. Hancock, Indianapolis, received Fellowship Awards. Dr. Stephen B. Mackler, Greensboro, N.C., and Dr. John Sottosanti, La Jolla, Calif., received special citations.
Dr. Nicholas J. Gramaudo, Gainesville, Fla., received the Ethics Award from the Florida section of the American College of Dentists.
Dr. James D. Johnson, Buckley, Wash., was appointed chair of the University of Washington Department of Endodontics.
Dr. Phillip A. Lainson, Iowa City, Iowa, received the Alumnus of the Year Award from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. John V. Doering, Iowa City, is the Educator of the Year.
Dr. Ronald Lemmo, Willoughby Hills, Ohio, was installed as president of the Ohio Dental Association.
