Dr. Noah Chivian, Livingston, N.J., received the Coolidge Award from the American Association of Endodontists. Other recipients are Dr. Franklin Weine, Olympia Fields, Ill., Grossman Award; and Dr. Shahrokh Shabahang, Redlands, Calif., Osetek Educator Award.
Dr. Kenneth M. Clemens, Lima, Ohio, received an honorary Associate in Applied Science degree from Rhodes State College.
Dr. Oscar De Priest IV, Bedford, Mass., was promoted to brigadier general and assistant surgeon general in the U.S. Army Reserve.
