The admissibility of digital radiographs in a trial court would likely be governed by state law. The requirements for admissibility vary from state to state, but, in general, proof must be offered that the image is an accurate image of what it purports to be. Presumably, this would be accomplished through the testimony of the person who took the image and the testimony of the person or people in control of it that the image has not been modified.
