Dr. A. Thomas Indresano, Oakland, Calif., a professor and chair of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, received the Donald B. Osbon Outstanding Educator Award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. A. Jeffrey Wood, San Francisco, Calif., associate professor and chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, received the American Dental Association’s Golden Apple Award for outstanding mentoring of predoctoral dental students interested in academic careers.
