Author’s response

I agree with Dr. Scollard. I still like the 35-millimeter slide concept as "legal documentation" of specific situations.

However, I believe the days of the 35-mm slide are coming to an end. I suggest that digital slide representation of a specific procedure under question should be supported by a written and signed document stating the unaltered authenticity of the image.
