Dr. Rex Ingraham, Encino, Calif., was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Academy Gold Medal.

Dr. Carl Lundgren, Rolling Hills Estates, Calif., received the Pierre Fauchard Academy’s Distinguished Service Award for a lifetime of community and dental leadership, and Dr. Raymond Klein, Jacksonville, Fla., was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Academy’s Distinguished Service Award for outstanding dental leadership.
Dr. Craig S. Yarborough, Greenbrae, Calif., has been named executive associate dean at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco.
