In the June JADA article "Screening for Cardiovascular Risk Factors in a Dental Setting" by Dr. Barbara L. Greenberg and colleagues (JADA 2007;138[6]:798–804), the biographical information for Dr. Michael Glick was incomplete. The complete information is as follows: At the time the study was conducted, Dr. Glick was a professor and the chairman, Department of Diagnostic Sciences, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Dental School, Newark. He now is a professor of oral medicine, Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, and associate dean for Oral-Medical Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still University, Mesa, Ariz. He also is editor of The Journal of the American Dental Association.
